Scope: |
Construction
Management services, through Vanir Construction Management, for King County Ovation
Network SCADA Layer Replacement. This
included performing the following tasks: 1.
Review
contract specifications and contract drawings 2.
Coordinate
between CH2M Hill Engineers and Contractors 3.
Write
and submit inspector's daily construction report to King County 4.
Submit
detailed photographs of work performed daily 5.
Verify
completed work and fiber communication test reports Electrical Inspection Services for upgrades
to the County's Sumitomo FutureFLEX ABF network. This includes QA/QC review and comments for
construction documents generated by the contractor implementing control panel
modifications in the West Point Treatment Plant Main Control room. Daily inspection duties include: Monitor and report ongoing field-testing,
coordination work. Prepare Daily
Report in the project record. Maintain
the following records in the document files:
Test results, acceptance certificates and reports from public agency
inspectors, discrepancy reports, approved shop drawings, safety reports,
photo logs assist in resolution of construction problems. Report field conditions that prevent
construction to original design. Log
all equipment on the job site, and record construction personnel on site. Record all activities worked on in
scheduled section of the project Daily report. Record all material deliveries, visitors,
construction activities for compliance with contract documents. Observe safety regulations and notify
Contractor of problem areas. Take
digital photos and enter in Photo Log. Final inspection duties include: Perform closeout and final inspections,
maintain log book, develop punch list. |
